SUMMARY

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance? We’re on the lookout for a talented Debtors and Creditors Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of the finance department, you’ll be instrumental in overseeing the financial transactions of our client’s company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
Communicate with customers and vendors to address queries
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in a similar role
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
